Every year over 1 lac students fights for the 35000 vacancies declared by the railway recruitment board of India. The railway recruitment board or RRB  conducts an exam only once a year.  


Indian railways are always considered an economic healer as they try to reduce the unemployment rate in India.  In 2021 RRB is also trying to hire people to fulfil vacant places in India.


 Ntpc Examination is considered as centralised exams of all the railways. Through it, many students have the opportunity to apply in other cities or states in India.  


Through the Examination railway recruitment board hire those people who belong to the non-technical field. The field which they can opt for as a career is Time-keeper, Accountant, Clerk, Commercial cum.

RRB exams are always divided into 4 phases phase 1 consist of General exams such as General Knowledge, Language, Reasoning. 

 

Phase 2 consist of field related exam such as Accounts,  commerce. A candidate must have to focus on phase 2. It is considered as final written test 


Phase 3 and 4 are the part of interview and selection process.

Prepration tips 

  • Last month preparation tips 

  1.    Prepare the basic subjects of exams 

   All the Govt exams include some common subjects such as general knowledge, English, maths, reasoning 

 

The General knowledge Exams are mostly based on the latest news and general awareness about the country.  It can be prepared by reading the daily newspaper and watching the news channel.


               The candidate should focus on the basics of English.  The majority of the questions are asked about grammar. 


  1. Make your study plan 

     Time management plays a vital role in the completion of the syllabus.  If the time allocation is done wisely will be a great help in preparation.  You can divide your time according to the topics of the syllabus.


          For the first 15 days, you can cover longer topics that need more time to prepare. So that you can focus to cover shorter topics which usually needs less time. 



  1. Combat with Stress 

            According to the study, the students are more stressed when the exams are coming near.  Most commonly the fear of failure is found in the student. This fears always diverse the mind during the studies. 


Some common technique for keeping your mind on track is 

  1. Meditation - Require a minimum of 5 min to meditate daily. 

  2. Mindful eating

  3. Sleep 


These techniques only not help to combat stress but also maintain self-confidence which helps to cover your syllabus. 


  1. Revision 

          Learning new things doesn’t help until you remember olds. Some subjects like genal knowledge needed a revision daily.
